Participant Number = Student Id = Number on front of your PantherCard (9 digit #, below your name, on your PantherCard).
If you are registering for an individual sport, and wish to apply points to a team for the Jernigan Award, make sure your team name is included with your name, where it asks Team Name. For instance, in the space where it asks Team Name, you would type in "Alpha Beta - Jon Doe".
