All data and rights to that data belong to Georgia State University Intramural Sports. Recreational Solutions does not display any ads nor send any emails to anyone that signs up to this account. Your email address and other personal information may not be sold or forwarded to any third parties.
By signing up for any sport leagues or tournaments offered by this website, you agree that your name will be posted on the team rosters you are participating in, if so decided by Georgia State University Intramural Sports. Georgia State University Intramural Sports may also decide to print game sheets, roster sheets and any other such materials deemed necessary to manage the league. On the website, your name will be associated with the team you belong to. Your phone and email is only shown to your teammates and administrators. Guests to the website or members of other teams can only see your name.
You will have access to a private team message board for teams that you participate in. This message board is only viewable by you, your teammates, and the system administrators. All postings are tracked directly to the user logged in. You are responsible for any and all content that is posted under your account login. To avoid any problems you should log out of the website when you are done managing your account.
By signing up a team you agree to receive emails and notices from your director deemed essential to the running of the program, such as weather related cancellation/notices. You will have the option to opt in to none-essential emails such as game reminders.
By signing up as an employee in this system, you agree that your name and information may be shared with your assignors. Some programs may choose to give access to team representatives of the games you are assigned to work. The assignors as well as team representatives may choose to send you email communications either specific to the games you are assigned to work or deemed essential for the successful administration of the program. Furthermore, if this website is also being used to show the sport schedules, results and standings for the games that are being assigned, the league administrators may choose to publish the name of the employees working each game on the box scores. By creating an account you agree to receive notifications regarding new game assignments or changes to assignments. You may opt-in to receive additional notifications such as reminders of upcoming games.
